Our Smoked Salmon Pizza is definitely a labor of love! We brine our salmon overnight, then slow smoke and baste it for six hours. We then create a pizza with it by starting with a homemade Smoked Salmon cream sauce, smoked salmon, fresh tomatoes, roasted garlic, mozzarella, smoked Gouda, topped with fresh basil, dill and lemon zest. It’s really delicious.
