We Show You What Country Is All About.

Our food is what we’re most proud of. It starts with the desire to prepare food that is truly delicious. Every item on our menu has been tested and re-tested. Our ribs on Sunday for example, are the result of years of testing to get them fall of the bone tender and flavorful.
Our three weekly Chef Special pizzas are part of the magic here. We create new flavor combinations and post them to our Facebook page on Wednesday so that you can be ready to order on Thursday.
Of course, our story wouldn’t be complete without telling you why we were built. We like to call ourselves the community center with great food. And we’re only half-kidding. We’re the place where locals come to connect with friends and family.

What makes our pizza so special?

Our dough is made daily and allowed to proof longer than most American pizza restaurants. The result is dough that is lighter and better for you too.

Our other secret is that we make almost everything from scratch. Our gluten free dough is made in house. Our sauces, salad dressings, and even our ranch dressing is made by our staff.

Our environment is an ingredient too. We’re kind of a secret garden oasis in the Applegate. Once you enter our back yard, the rest of the world kind of just falls away. Take a stroll through the garden, enjoy the flowers and hummingbirds. It is definitely a great addition to the menu!
